Cibavit Eos: Introit for Corpus Christi (SATB)
A short setting of the introit for the Solemnity of Corpus Christi. The may be used for the actual Introit, alternating the polyphonic introit with chant verses but this is also suitable for the Offertory. This Eucharistic motet draws some inspiration from the original Gregorian chant which resembled the sound of the joyful ringing of bells on the joyful solemnity of Corpus Christi.
"He fed them with the finest of wheat, alleluia; and with honey from the rock he satisfied them, alleluia, alleluia."
